Relationship Counselling

Relate counsellors work with individuals or couples, heterosexual or gay who are experiencing relationship difficulties (either current or past).

Common problems you may experience

• Not talking anymore
• Coping with an affair
• Arguing a lot
• Experiencing violence
• Sexual difficulties
• Worried it’s all over
• My feelings have gone

In counselling you will attend sessions with a counsellor who is trained to help you work through difficult issues, understand yourselves better and make decisions about what to do next.

Please do not bring children to your counselling sessions. We do not have the facilities to provide child care and it will not be easy for you to discuss difficult issues with a child present.
